Because all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
You may qualify for a refund or replacement if:
- The item arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item or size
How to Request a Resolution
To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (damage/defect)
- A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Because items are produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor color variations (due to screen differences)
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control and are not grounds for a refund. We will always assist with tracking and communication.
